yea the "chit chat hole"... I went thru that with my old T. I have a really hard time "leading" the discussion, and a lot of T's expect you to lead it. It's really hard when you have a difficult time opening up....frustrating. You need to do it sooner rather then later, because if this routine continues it gets harder and harder. Use any way you can of putting some topics out there. A list, an email, a letter, a drawing...anything. I know how hard that is for you to do, but somehow you need to push past it and do it.
