You could just be feeling the effects of being under pressure, or you might be having problems with anxiety due to the stress. Feeling like you are going crazy is actually normal for people who are having panic attacks and anxiety issues so you probably aren't having any problems that are untreatable. I suggest you go talk to a psychologist about your symptoms and have them decide how to proceed. Stress reduction activities such as meditation and exercise may also be beneficial.
