Beads, that sounds like when I ahve a memory surfacing. It create a pressure inside, a panic and a hysteria in the inner world. My children grow silent and hide. This maybe why T is pushing a bit....when these occur, if they are allowed to be reburied, they are harder to get out the next time.
I am so sorry you are going thru a hard time...please know you HAVE ALREADY LIVED THROUGH IT!!! You are a SURVIVOR!! This is just a bad memory that someone inside keeps reliving adn it must be processed in order to put it in the proper memory file in the brain...leaving the pain and panic behind, in the past, where it belongs.
