thank you, everyone. yes, it does feel good to have pdoc be beside me in this. i told my housemate about it yesterday and she just gave me this weird look, and i realised not everyone gets therapy, oops.

all the nice things that pdoc and austin-t do for me - she just dismisses them and says "but are they actually helping you?". i should probably stop talking to her about it.
