Good to hear, and not so good (you smoke? ) Yes, 1lb a week IS doable and very healthy way to lose. Put your plan to paper and follow it daily, hourly if needbe. I'll join you I only have maybe 20 to lose though. 
still for you and your good efforts in self care. An increase in vitamin C, by the way, can help ward off (and cure?) cancer. TC
