My child is in foster care, voluntarily!

I was in no shape mentally and physically to care for a child.

Thats the only caution I have - remember in cases where abuse is not the issue, it is not always that the parents are horrible people - especially in the case of young parents - it may be simply that they are not ready or not medically ok enought o care for them and have made this choice willingly.

Your first and main priority is of course to love the child - but I know sadly i was poisoned even worse to my parents at times by foster mothers and have seen it happen elsewhere(in my case, it was warranted as I was being abused, but have seen other cases where thats not true). and I just pray that my little boys foster mother understands that I didnt just give up - i knew i was ill and would be for some time and wasnt doing the best job i could.
