Googley, I hope the heat gets fixed soon. I just turned on the heat for the first time yesterday this Fall. I told my daughter we had to make it until Oct. 15 to save on the heating bill. We made it! I think it is within your right to ask for some kind of credit to your rent since you were without heat that you are paying for. Keep track of how many days you went without heat you were supposed to have.
