I'm a state worker & was previously in a higher classification and was downsized due to budget cuts/program cuts blah blah blah.. that is another story.. they have yet to determine from one classification to the one I am now what my time is. I am sure I have some time. Just don't know how much. I am sure that there is disability just don't know if I qualify given the circumstances.
