At times when I am thinking it's like I'm thinking nothing but what bad is going to happen next ? Thus missing longer bouts of feeling good because the negative thinking is eating it away piece by piece , day by day. If one says they are going to make a sandwich , it usually happens and quite quickly . When I see something I think is never going to happen , impossible , so to speak . It will never happen because I think it never will , therefore , it most likely never will happen. Taking action on these seemingly impossible feats is the one step I never take . Sometimes actions can get you into some trouble . But without actions they are just thoughts. Thoughts to remember but to have never truly experienced . For example , if I see a woman who I find attractive and want to know more about her . My mind goes into fantasy mode . Fantasies are good I think . Many of us will have fantasies , whether it be that new dream house or car , the perfect relationship , or sexual desires . Our imaginations can run wild . I know mine can at times , but I say if it's not hurting anyone else then enjoy your fantasies. Getting back to actions . If I or we don't make even the small attempt to make things happen . It could be a long unhappy life for some of us . I was thinking of writing this and took action , although my actions might seem like at attempt to get better . It is working , for the moment anyhow . Now back to reality
