Is this how she looked? Yes I agree this is very extreme. The last time I saw her, she was aging gracefully and looked better than this picture. I wonder if she happy with the results?

Another one who looks unnatural is Joan Rivers - even though she's been having surgery since I was a kid lol - it appears like she had some kind of puffing up. I think cosmetic surgery is fine if someone has an abnormally large nose but over doing it, results in a very strange look.
