thank you all so much, means everything to be able to say. was a bad night, a friend explained was old memories back to haunt, get to safe place, hold safe things, ground in today. ohhh was so hurt and scared. not alone now keep saying. had to work today...THAT wasn't fun. slept most of rest of day. will definitely be here to give hugs, support to others who suffer. they mean the world. should have done all this years ago but only wanted to run, hide, ignore, push memories way deep inside, hide self. natural to protect i guess, but not good if hide all life. now i know.
