I don't understand this very much, I guess someone that is mentally ill could have spiritual-like hallucinations, but to bar everyone that has mental disorders from participating...

Wow! Some people are really ignorant aren't they! One in four people will experience a mental health problem at some point in their lives. So that website is excluding a quarter of the population. Shame on them! Just remember it is the ones who know they have psychological problems that are the ones that are infact sane!
