I can see that is upsetting to you. I don't think it's a legitimate case for court though. That means someone who is an alcoholic under the influence could sue here because they're not allowed on site at that time. How is that illegal? Plus, most sites have an agreement you "sign" when joining that protects them from/for whatever it is they deem they need protection. It's as much a protection for themselves as for the members.
Members often don't know what to say, how to respond, don't understand anything about mental illness, for one thought. What if you had poured out your heart about an issue and was totally slammed by the --albeit ignorant-- replies? I'm sure that would make a person feel worse than reading that MI people aren't allowed.
It is rather raw though, and ignorant because probably many of their members are mentally unwell (at some point) and just not identifying it or admitting it. Unless you are prone to pathological symptoms, you could chat and just not share your disorder. I mean, it's a problem when people have a need to tell everyone they meet that they have a mental unwellness, imo.
