So I called this morning to check in on the status of my repair. I was told that the maintenance order was closed because someone had come out and the order was passed on to the HVAC people. I was told that the person contacted the HVAC people and someone should be out to take a look within the next hour (this was about 9:30). I was leaving shortly after that for meetings and class. I didn't get back home until 5pm this evening. Guess what: NO HEAT!!!!!!!!

It would be nice if they would contact me or leave me a note about when they expect it to be fixed.

You would think with most of the day to fix the problem that they would be able to fix it. I will call them again tomorrow. I will definitely be talking with the apartment office about getting a reimbursement for my rent since the heat isn't working. I can feel the apartment temp dropping as I sit here writing this.

This Sucks!

I would take your advice and get a heated blanket or a space heater, but my finances are tight and I just don't have the money to pay for it.
