Yeah, that bit about the sex -- that might make it more difficult now to NOT hurt her feelings.
Honesty is always the best way, so why not just say, "hey,.. we're having a good time together and all, but I'm honestly, and truly not interested."
Just put it into the perspective that you should word the phrases that you should say to her, but put yourself in her shoes. If someone were to gently put you down, how would you prefer someone to tell you that?
