I drink on my meds. I've always had a few drinks in the evenings - a few beers, or some wine.
On the meds, I cannot have more than 5 drinks, else I get terribly ill. I guess it could be what Rhiannonsmoon was referring too, but last night after 5 drinks I threw up and felt terrible.
I know I probably shouldn't drink, it's just hard when your other half is with you, and he wants to drink.
I also understand that alcohol is a depressant and will make the symptoms even worse.

On the other hand, I'm glad you have someone in your life that genuinely cares!
