<font color="purple"> I agree with what everyone has said. I'll just add, I am a little more than half way through a sociology class in college. One of the things we learned about in this class (a very big part of the clas, we had to write a paper on this) is how everyone changs "roles" depending on what situation/interaction they are in. The role change is dramatic sometimes (often times actually), and this is completely "normal" for lack of a better word. Here's an example...you act/present yourself one way when at a job interview...you could appear to be a completely different person when out clubbing with friends. People change their language (slang, swearing etc), mannerisms, the way they dress even...depending on the situation. The sociological term for this is "Impression Management". When it's DID, it is MORE dramatic. The change might involve having a different name, a different age, an inability to recognize that time has passed, no memory of the change (lost time) among many other things. If you think it might be DID...it's imperative that you seek professional diagnosis, there are so many things it could be, some completely "normal", some physical.
Good luck,
