I know just exactly how you feel, you are not alone. Are you on meds for anyhting , because that right there will make you feel worn down. That was my issue. I was diagnoised with bipolar 4 yrs ago. For the first yr i did nothing but get up and get the kids out to shcool and sleep all day. I would get up long enough to do a little cleaning and i had the same problem, everything seemd like a chore. I finally went to my doc and said i had enough and i wanted off all the meds. He then put me on whats called provigil, which is an upper. He told me that its like drinking 10 cups of coffee and it is. That was a mircle drug for me for a little while. I was able to get up and take it and be able to make it all day and get all that i had to get done. Then he put me on a stronger form of it because it wasnt working as well as with many meds , they lose their effect, however the new one sent me to the er with almost a heart attck. SO i went off both. Until yesterday when i went back i have been feeling the same again for the last 6 months, I have been trying eveyrhting to get my engery up and nothing was working. Provigil isnt for everyone but its somehting you can talk to your doc about , if you are on other meds that may make you tired. Vitman D also helps with engery if your not getting enough sunlight. I do wish you luck and keep us in tune
