alright already......does anybody eles have the prob that when you lay down to sleep it seems like 4or5 people start talking at once????
talking over the day or rerunning conversions, or sing, or fighting( 1 aruging for onething and then the disagrement).

This has been going on for years and i try to exsplain to people and thay say " it's all in your head you can stop it if you cailm down."
I KNOW IT"S IN MY HEAD!!!!!! but i can't make it shut-up. I've tryed..

does anyone eles do this or am i just realy....realy....nutts???

hopefully the new T i'm going to see will know how to help( and not just lock me up) and i'll get some rest soon......
