(my birthday is coming up soon which doesn't help. I think it would have been better for me and maybe some others if I had never been born. I am not trying to make this thread a long one, or seeking "attention"... still don't know what that means, or want to know.....at least no "professional" ever accused me of that.... in 4 years of therapy!!!! just expressing my honest thoughts)
