I know this sounds silly, but I once joined a group years ago to help organize yourself and clean your home in steps, instead of an entire day.... and one thing I remember is to "always clean your kitchen sink before you go to bed." It makes you feel better in the morning knowing that you're starting from a clean slate. That made me feel good this morning.
I also made a really good breakfast for myself, and I started a load of laundry before I left for work, and I also cleaned my family room. I start to feel a little better about myself when I do small improvements in my home to make me less stressed out on the weekends.
