Today seemed a little easier. Staying busy is what keeps my negative mind occupied.
My T said she would like me to come in again tomorrow. I am so furtunate to have her. Since Thursday's event I was able to see her Friday, Monday and now tomorrow.
Everytime I leave her she says to just put her in my pocket. I can honestly say she has saved my life in the last 2.5 years I have been her patient.
You have all been so kind and helpful too. It is so nice to know you all just get it!
