((Junerain)) - sorry this happened. Does this lady know you work for the school or is this the 1st time you met her? The reason I ask is: at my daughters school - visitors have to come through the front door and check in at a desk in the hall and write down name/time - this is to prevent unsafe people from roaming the halls and keep the school safe. If someone tries to come in another door, they won't be allowed in. Most schools are very strict about rules and where people park.

If she did know you, then yes she should have been more patient. Sorry you had this experience.
