Good for you in being 29 days clean - that's great!! Do you have any hobbies - how about going for a brisk walk. There's free meditation lessons online and they help with relaxation.
My daughter was assigned an art project called 'quilling'. I've never heard of it in my life, but I had a great time and I really love it. We spent 2 days rolling strips of paper and I found I didn't think about any worries. So I recommend doing something you love and I think this would help.
Maybe you can also help others who are struggling with their addictions - you would end up helping each other. Is there a support group you could join - having a buddy to back you up, gives you 'accountability'. You're conquering a great monster - so you should give yourself a pat on back for challenging this addiction and staying clean this long. You can do this
