My daughter was assigned an art project called 'quilling'. I've never heard of it in my life, but I had a great time and I really love it. We spent 2 days rolling strips of paper and I found I didn't think about any worries. So I recommend doing something you love and I think this would help.
Maybe you can also help others who are struggling with their addictions - you would end up helping each other. Is there a support group you could join - having a buddy to back you up, gives you 'accountability'. You're conquering a great monster - so you should give yourself a pat on back for challenging this addiction and staying clean this long. You can do this

Thank you for the suggestions, I've been thinking of starting yoga. I've heard that it helps with various things.

No, I don't belong to a support group or anything, I guess that would be a good idea. I just don't know. I have a friend that knows about everything I've been through and she's usually here for me but unfortunately she's at work. I know 29 days is good but it just doesn't FEEL like much of an accomplishment to me yet, I don't know why.
