How do we know when the Efexor has actually started working anyway? My dosage has been increased gradually and I am not getting any better, I have days where i just stay in bed which is awful, then i have days where i can get up and waddle around the place. then on an excellent day, i can actually go out side and take myself off to the shops. I am now on 225mg and have been for 3 weeks now, I am getting the electrical zaps which are awful and sometimes they really hurt......... aluta continua.
