Today, I received a call on my cell phone. Someone had dialed the wrong number. Normally, this is nothing unusual but something about the callers' voice, tone, or words made me think "former T". I knew this was irrational and paranoid thinking on my part. I had the call traced. The number is registered to my Former T's wife. I was supposed to have my session today, but T's office rescheduled due to a conflict. I sent T an email but he hasn't .

This is SO incredibly difficult....I feel so alone.
