You're not whining, but you answered your own question, basically. You need to find a T, PDoc or GP that you trust. If you are doing something so desperate as taking ALL of the pills in your house, that means you need professional help and you need it now. Obviously, "handling it yourself" isn't working, so it's time to seek the help of someone who knows how to help you effectively.
