So, I came home last night to a message that they would come today and finish fixing the problem. Annoying, but I thought the end was in sight. Then I come home tonight thinking, yay warm apartment finally!

The heat still does not work. And not only does the heat not work, but now there is water (a lot of it, I should use a bucket) dripping down in my closet. The person used one of my towels to dry up the water, but by the time I got home it was totally soaked and dripping down to the other shelves. I probably lost at least $100 of stuff (some of it was medication which I pay out of pocket for). It would have been nice if he has at least moved everything off of the top shelf where he put the towel down. UGH! It's just getting worse, not better.
