congrats, carinacan~!! i only started being able to cook about 5 yrs ago, and it's been wonderful~! i can tell you that soups are the hardest thing to ruin~! and using the oven is easier for me,,, i have a Timer too, so it helps me to remember,,, there are other ways you can help yourself,, see if there is an Occupational Therapist who can come help you! they help people learn independent living skills~ and if you can't afford one,, look online for the closest Independent Living Center, they will come help you too~! again, good eating~! and congratulations~!!!
