Too bad that the program you paid for wasn't worth as much as a look at your food log . That's just not right. a guaranteed program -what is the guarantee? That they get paid? I vote the you speak up about your disappointment with her not looking at your food diary.

It is all about what you choose to do, but the people who are running the programs have to be positive, actively helping, making you aware of when you have a 'slip', or when you do great. But the work is up to each one of us and we are the ones who benefit the most.
