 berries, gosh knows how much you helped me last year when i was cartaking david. your friendship meant so much just knowing you were here.  so i do know you do contribute to many of us. it's difficult sometimes to see our own worthiness, we can be so self critical. i do hope things improve and know we are always here for you too.
