No. No grounds imo.

You can barely win a case if a doctor does something negligent TO you, much less prevent care. Besides, it's your word against theirs. Plus, you'll then have a record of suing a doctor, and no doctor will want to take you as a new patient. So the only one losing in this case would be you.

Most doctors are quite ignorant of or unwilling to treat pain patients.

You are your own best advocate at times.
You can write each a letter for you file, being very nice and innocent acting, and inquire as to what you can do better since (for instance, he considered you lazy when you work ...such hours etc.)
