Well, usually one of the hardest things about trying to help someone with antisocial personality disorder is that they have no remorse and don't care and don't want to change. That you want to change or get help with it is a very good thing, or perhaps it means that you don't actually have antisocial personality disorder.

Since your behavior bothers you and you aren't able to change it on your own, the best thing would be to talk to a counselor. What help you can get here is more along the line of support, it isn't meant to be treatment of anyone's mental health conditions. Maybe it would help you to read some of what other people have been posting here and get to know us a little and see if there is anything that helps you. If you can tell us some specific examples of your problem behaviors and how they affect your life, maybe we can think of some suggestions.
