It is hard to let go of the pain that others that do not live our life cause us. But remember that they are doing so like a foolish child gaining pleasure from causing pain from one that is more volunble.

find the words that give u power but remember that those that are foolish and childish will always attack if they know that they can get u to act out instead of acting with thought.
