I know that everyone doesn't hate you. I don't hate you. I don't even think that you are bad. I know that you hurt a lot. I also know that you protect the system from that pain that you carry, and from feeling bad. I wish that you would let the others help you. All of the pain and shame and guilt belongs to all of you, not just you. Overall, you are important, and you do a lot of good!
