You're in the right place for help...these folks basically saved my life a few months back, so I'm telling you, you can trust these folks! Blackdragon is right, this is as good a place to start your learning about BPD as any. You might see if your town has a chapter of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness). They have great support groups and services, all run by people who actually have the condition you need help with. The chapter here in my town is quite good. AND remember...do what your pdoc (psychiatrist) says, take your meds and GET THERAPY!!! The chances for your management of, or even recovery from this disease are good, but not if you try to do it by yourself!
