Grrrr. The newest have reduced weight gain, not no weight gain. That's the cycle I would see over and over again in nursing school. PDOC tells client drug X won't cause weight gain. Client gains 20 pounds in a couple of months on the drug, freaks out and now refuses to take drug. Trust in Pdoc eroded. Considering the client was in the psych hospital the entire time their diet was entirely selected by the hospital and there is no time to exercise.

My prescriber says having a goiter is no big deal.
