i got chewed out for "leaving for lunch, while M is at lunch". i told the super that i had no way of knowing that he had gone to lunch. he had not told us that he was leaving. then he got back late and i had to leave late. then i got chewed out again for taking a late lunch.

I would march straight over the supers head if it isn't resolved...doesn't sound like he/she is controlling the troops. It would be the supers responsibility to make sure lunches were flowing smoothly and people were accounted for.
