Try to relax a little. Do things at home to take your mind off the coming appointment (funny movies, scrubbing your kitchen floor until it shines LOL). If you feel stressed about what and how much to tell your pdoc, take the time to write out your symptoms and experiences that you think could be related to mental health problems. You don't need to worry about remembering everything as your new pdoc will ask pertinent questions. Do answer as completely as possible as it will help him/her determine both your diagnosis and treatment. It can be a real relief to find out a diagnosis so that you know what you are dealing with.
