It is so hard to find out that those we thought were our friends weren't really our friends at all. Been there.

Congratulations to you for not giving in to the dark side: confronting the "friend" and making a huge drama or stuffing your dignity inside in hopes of keeping "friends". KUDOS to you!!

It's alos great to know that you do have a true friend (or more, I'd venture to say) in the one who came to you. Very nice.
