Deb, you need to get HELP for yourself, not hurt yourself. Someone mentioned your parents. If you are under age, that's the first place you NEED to go. I can't imagine any parent knowing their child having such problems and NOT doing something about it. If they won't help, then go to your teachers at school. There is NO DOUBT a psychologist or councelor you can go to for help.

If you're an adult, get yourself to the nearest mental health clinic! There's NO NEED for you to suffer alone. You really DO NEED SOME CONTROL OVER YOUSELF AND YOUR FEELINGS! There's only so much we can do here being on the other side of a monitor.

If you want ADVICE, there you have it.

I answered another one of your posts and you said that one of your therapists doesn't give you advise. Maybe he was a PSYCHIATRIST. They don't give ADVICE, they just listen to you to see what meds you need to be on. Keep talking to him, too.

You say "don't mind me." But we DO MIND. We're here to give support, not to ignore someone with problems. If most of us give you support or you ask for advise and we give it but you don't do anything for yourself, well then, it gets quite old and the support and advice go away.

Maybe you could try JOURNALING for a lot your venting if you don't particularly want attention. You can let out a lot of feelings when you journal. It's also helpful to go back to when you feel better or when you feel yourself start to slip again. Reading your journal will help you identify feelings or actions that tell you that you need more help.

Hope this helps some.
