Have you contacted your insurance company, not just the pharmacy, to make sure that they had a script submitted for you? Sometimes, the pharmacy can lose things like that, but there is always a record at the insurance company!

Just suggesting, since I used to be a pharmacy tech!

I hope things work out asap!!
