You'll be fine - a final dx will give you a lot more peace of mind. And your docs will be able to rx you meds much better if they know what they're dealing with.
You need to be 100% open and honest - is there any other friend you can bring with you? It'll be alright - you've suspected BP all along, so it wont come as a surprise to you.
