If you need to scream, but you're afraid of what people around you would think, just get in your car and go drive somewhere that there is some space and not too many people around; then you can scream all you want. That's one thing my T told me to do instead of, uhm, other things that I do to try to deal with stress. He says that other people do it. I don't know that I could. I don't know if I even can scream - I've never tried.
Or just tell us about it here like you did. It sounds like that has already helped you. I'm sorry that everything is so unfair.

Sometimes life gets like that for all of us. I do believe that it is important for us to face our obstacles and learn that we can make it through them somehow (and that it doesn't need to be alone - friends can really help), and that it is through this process that we grow and become stronger.
This is a good place to let it out. We're with you and sending good thoughts your way to help you get through it and hope it gets better soon.
Love,
Wendy
