I just found that it helped me alot to seperate my emotions from one another and ground myself a little. Sometimes it's difficult to know what I experience because it's all dumped on me at the same time. Then I would focus on one specific emotions, not trying to analyze it, just thinking about the emotion and that really helps for me...
