I know lots of things have happened to me while not being on meds etc... so I guess I have to have meds to help me out. Especially recent issues that have arised which happened when I was manic

I am gonna have to go on my own and its actually fairly close to me about 30 min walk or 20 mins on the bus. I was gonna walk it but torrential rain and strong winds are making me think bus it haha!! Haha!!! Ye I live in Scotland
