If you have already taken too much sleep meds and are drinking on top of it, this really is an emergency of the type that your t needs to be involved in. If you can't call your t, call your pdoc. You're headed down a dark road right now and need some help getting through this. I'm so sorry you are suffering so. Please be kind to yourself and be careful with those meds and alcohol.
