Well today I almost stayed in bed all day.
I got up at around 9:30 and fed the animals and took the dog potty
and at 10:00 I took a muscle relaxer for my back and went back to bed.
I am just now getting back up and it's 6:30pm. I am gonna try and stay
up to attend two chats tonight, but I don't know if they will happen.
Because my back hurts so bad it is screaming a me "Take another muscle relaxer."
And if I do that I will be down for the count.....
