Two wks is a long time. I'm impressed with your outlook. I loved the movie, what about bob.My T recommended it to me, although he tried to tell me he was not suggesting I was Bob.

As far as meds go, I hear you. I don't like taking meds either. I refused for quite a while. I finally agreed and 3 months later he and my pdoc wanted me to increase them. It was a battle again. It made a difference when I stopped and listened to what my T was saying. He pointed out that it didn't have to be forever. I was in charge of how long. I could try it for a week or 2 wks and decided if it made things better or worse. I realized that part of the reason I didn't want to take them was a feeling that they were being recommended because it was easier than listening to me. I realized I knew my T better than that. I know his priority is what's best for me, kind of took the wind out of my sails.

The obnoxious thing is that he was right. I'm doing better on them. I offered to let him say I-told-you-so, after I actually had 2 good days in a row. He just laughed, said he'd wait until I'd strung a whole week together.

Hope your appt goes well. Do stop to listen to what the pdoc has to say. Once in a great while they actually make some sense or have a good idea!
